Tele Calling Executive

The Tele Calling Executive will be responsible for the following:

1. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
2. Answer questions about products or the company
3. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
4. Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
5. Enter and update customer information in the database
6. Take and process orders in an accurate manner
7. Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
8. Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
9. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Key Responsibilities:

The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

To perform this job successfully, following competencies are critical:

• Proven experience as telesales representative or in another sales/customer service role
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
• Excellent knowledge of English , Hindi ,Malayalam and Tamil
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• diploma or Bachelor’s Degree will be a plus

Languages  :

To speak (anyone): Hindi, Malayalam, English, Telugu, Kannada

Education: Degree or Diploma

Past Experience: above 3 years Experience in Steel or Metal Industry
